Connor MacDougall

Originally from Squamish, British Columbia, Canada, Connor moved to the Tri-Cities in December 2020 after many years of visiting his now-wife, Sydney. It only took a handful of short weekend visits for Connor to fall in love with the Tri-Cities desert landscape, river, and its amenities. Since moving to the Tri-Cities, Connor has established a strong connection and involvement in the community and is proud to call West Richland home. 

After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, Connor worked in the engineering field for five years. After relocating to the Tri-Cities, Connor shifted careers to Real Estate. A mechanical engineer by trade, Connor has a passion for problem solving, organization and numbers. As a Realtor, Connor’s top priority is his client’s happiness. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients individually; to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. While working in partnership with you; to understand your needs and to best represent your interests, Connor will help you realize your Real Estate goals quickly and positively.

In his spare time, you can often find Connor on the golf course, exploring new mountain bike trails, lacing up his hockey skates, traveling, or attending Tri-City Americans games with his wife (Go AMS!). When he is not golfing, mountain biking, or playing hockey, Connor enjoys designing and creating woodworking projects. He is also a proud father of two cats, Rigsby and Phil.”
