Stephanie Garcia is a mother of two and married to her high school sweetheart of 20+ years.  Stephanie & her husband Omar are local business owners in the Tri-Cities, which has given them the chance to create valuable relationships in our community and establish a strong network.  This is also gives her a strong foundation of business knowledge which is valuable experience to bring into her real estate career. Stephanie also has many years of experience in interior design, staging, and free-lance work where she can put her creativity and artistic style to good use.  Throughout her years of different work, one thing stayed the same, her values.

Stephanie focuses her energy on meeting her client’s needs and giving quality service that exceeds the expectation. In an industry that is evolving and changing it is important to stay in constant communication and apply creative thinking when solving problems.  Creative thinking simply means looking at something in a new way and Stephanie does just that.  She is not afraid to “think outside the box”.  Stephanie has the ability to think of new ways when carrying out tasks, negotiating deals, solving problems, or meeting challenges.
