Jim Longan knows the meaning behind a home. A place for people to gather, to share life’s most precious moments and to build memories with family and friends. Being able to walk clients through the process of buying/selling a home is much more than a transaction and he truly understands that. He has been married to his wife for 42 years and they have two sons, and two grandsons. In fact those grandsons are what brought Jim and his wife back to the Tri-Cities from Spokane. Jim brings 40 years of experience in construction management to his real estate career, with 20 of those years being spent here in our local Tri-Cities area. This lends him a unique set of skills that can see the bigger picture, from planning and design to the actual supervising and implementation of any given project. Being able to look at the process step by step and work through the different phases will also be useful in the home buying/selling process. From finding the perfect home to signing the paperwork, Jim’s strong communication skills and ability to see the end goal will serve his clients well. He continually strives to make it as smooth as possible while earning his client’s trust. As a graduate of Washington State University Jim would like to say GO COUGS!
