Steve Coghill

Steve Coghill moved his young family to the Tri-Cities in the fall of 1983 and began his 35+ year career in law enforcement/nuclear security. He enjoys the Tri-Cities weather and the abundant river views that come from living where three major rivers join.

Steve genuinely loves to help people, which made his move to a real estate career in 2018 quite natural. He is committed to providing his clients the best possible service when they buy and sell real estate. Steve feels blessed with his amazing family which includes 7 grandsons! He enjoys bowling and playing softball and never turns down an opportunity to travel. There are many local events you’ll find him at as well - hydroplane races on the Columbia River, farmer’s markets, and baseball games to name a few.
